Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat $5.00 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 8–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak holiday periods.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Orders with multiple items
Items in the same order, including kits and bundles, may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping when this happens.

Wrong address or lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email support@nuvelleskin.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
