When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–10 business days within the US.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email.

Does IPL hurt?

Most people describe it as a warm snap. Start on the lowest energy level and only increase it if it feels comfortable.

How soon will I see results with IPL?

Hair grows in cycles, so results build over several weeks of regular sessions. Everyone's results are different.

Is IPL right for my skin and hair?

IPL works best on light to medium skin tones with darker hair. It isn't effective on white, gray, red or light blonde hair, and it shouldn't be used on very dark skin tones.

How do the products work together?

Exfoliate with a scrub, shave, use your IPL device, then finish with the Cyperus rotundus oil to soothe freshly treated skin.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email a photo to support@hexhaus.store within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
